Avocado Store Shipping Policy
We present to you some of our shipping terms and policies, which are as follows:
In Avocado store, we ship products to Jeddah area only.
Official working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm - Friday is an official holiday for the store
Working hours:
- From 10 am to 1 pm
- From 2 pm to 5 pm
Order preparation time 2-3 hours.
Shipping Company - Company Cars
Shipping cost and delivery times:
Shipping and delivery time: 2 to 3 hours.
Shipping cost: 10 riyals
Track shipment:
You will receive an order status update message if your order has shipped.
Customer must check order upon receipt and report any damage or missing shipment within 24 hours of receipt.
We are not responsible for any losses or delays in the delivery of the shipment if it is received by the shipping company.
Recharge:
If you are not satisfied with your product or it has a defect - not related to the method of shipping or delivery - the products may be returned and the amount refunded according to our product return policy.
